tasty recipe, however the sheets are pretty small and fragile so when I tried to wrap vegetables in it it would brake so I ended up using two sheets per each roll
We loved the flavour and the dipping sauce was delicious. We had ours with shredded chicken thighs, peppers, carrots and cucumber. Our only issue was the rice 'wraps' were very small and this made making the rolls very fiddly. We made a bit of a mess of it, but it was fun, just not a meal for date night, where you're trying to impress!
