Sushi vinegar is simply vinegar but with added sugar and salt. We've developed our recipe of Sushi Vinegar to make it simply and versatile to use with no added addititives. Simply add to the rice to give your sushi rice a subtle and authentic flavour.

Follow packet instructions for just the right vinegar to rice ratios. We also love to use these in our salads to substitute normal vinegar dressing for a subtly sweet and savoury combination.
