Topokki, also known as "tteokbokki," is a popular Korean street food made of rice cake coated in a spicy sauce. It is a quick snack or on-the-go snack. Our Topokki Rosé recipe has recently become trendy in Korea! It is a modern version of Topokki: it has a tomato taste and is mild, not spicy. Best of all, it is suitable for vegans.

To prepare, simply add water and microwave for a few minutes, then stir in the sauce and enjoy (please follow the packet instructions). Why not sprinkle some cheese on top? Watch it melt and create a heavenly combination.

 

WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?

Korean topokki is made of rice cake and has a very satisfying soft and chewy texture which mixed with a savoury and spicy sauces creates the perfect combination of flavours.
