Our katsuo udon noodles are an authentic katsuo broth-based treat. Containing a delicious mix of real vegetables, a hearty portion of soft udon noodles (not dry!) and all topped off with a sprinkling of dried bonito flakes to bring extra umami. These noodles make the perfect filling snack. Craving noodles at midnight? No problem with the convenience of these katsuo udon noodles - and you’ll have no washing up!

BEST SERVED

Our noodles pots are so versatile, you can eat it on it's own or simply add some extra Korean ingredients to turn it into a meal. Just add boiling water and leaving it for 3 minutes or add hot water and put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (please follow cooking instructions on the packet carefully). How about stirring in some more juicy kimchi? Or adding some seaweed rice crisps on the side? Our Kelly loves team personal favourite is adding a fried egg on top and sprinkling some of our Kelly Loves Crispy Onions on top. Heavenly.

These noodles are slightly smaller than the ITSU noodles I often eat. My only issue is with the seafood variety as the dried prawns have a texture like gristle. Flavours are great and as a diabetic it didn't upset my blood sugar.
