Korean Black Bean Paste is a umami packed, slightly sweet and savoury paste which also has an alias called “Chunjang”. It's a core ingredient for popular Korean dishes such as Jjajangmyeon.

Uses as a base for sauces and Korean recipes to deliver a real taste sensation. Fry the paste in a little oil before using and add to noodles, stews, soups etc Once opened, keep in an air tight container in the fridge and consume within 3 months.
