Ottogi Cut Korean Vermicelli
An essential and much loved Korean noodle best used as a key ingredient for the Korean recipe Japchae. This Gluten free and low-carb option has an array of versatile uses, with it's chewy and glass like noodle, it's a staple among store cupboards in Korea.
We love it's light texture and being as it's made from 100% sweet potato it will soak up all the goodness of any dish you make whether that be a rich sauce or soup from a sizzling Korean hotpot.
Serving size is 100g which can be used in one recipe or dish.
BEST SERVED
Boil these noodles separately before adding your other ingredients, this ensures these noodles keep a springy and satisfying texture. A top tip from us, to stop the noodles sticking, dunk the freshly boiled noodles in ice cold water. Drain the water out just before you need to use them in the rest of your dish.
