Want to try your hand at making some delicious Kimchi at home?  This kit will give you everything you need with easy instructions following a traditional Korean recipe, and best of all, it's vegan.  This kimchi making kit contains a base sauce and Gochugaru seasoning, simply add cabbage and leave over night to ferment. Fancy mixing it up? Try using carrot, bok choy or radish instead of cabbage.
Kimchi Base Sauce 76% (Chopped Garlic, fructose, salt, water, soybean seasoning (organic soybean, water, salt rice, white radish, leek, white cabbage, shiitake, garlic, yeast extract), chopped onion, seasoning base, alcohol, sugar, kelp broth, pear puree, modified starch), Gochugaru 24% (dried red chili powder).
