Ingredients

1 tsp soy sauce

Kelly Loves Seaweed Rice Crisps

½ Kelly Loves Spicy Mayo
-
Sesame seeds
150g of salmon
½ tsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ white granulated cane sugar
1 spring onion
Edamame
Cucumber
1 serrano pepper
Directions
Open the bag of Kelly Loves Seaweed Rice Crisps and place them on a plate.
Dice the salmon and place it in a bowl.
Prepare the salmon mixture: mix the salmon with the spicy mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, sesame oil, white granulated cane sugar, soy sauce and the sliced spring onions and set aside.
Top the seaweed chips with a tablespoon of the salmon mixture.
Add the edamame, the slices of serrano pepper, a dash of sriracha and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Now you're ready to take a bite!
