Korean Roll Meal Kit
Put the tofu pieces in a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of the bulgogi sauce present in the kit then mix. In another bowl, put the beef pieces and pour the rest of the sauce.
In a skillet, cook the meat marinated in the bulgogi sauce over medium-high heat.
Take out the rice paper and dip it in a bowl of hot water until it softens (5-10 seconds) then place it on a flat board/plate.
Soak the rice noodles in hot water, drain and set aside.
Assemble the vegetables (of your choice) in the centre of the rice sheet, stacking them neatly.
Arrange the rice noodles on top of the mountain of vegetables and then add the rest of the ingredients such as the beef and tofu pieces.
Fold the left and right sides of the rice paper inwards, wrap your spring roll and dip it in the sweet chilli dipping sauce included in our kit.
